Abstract
Lignocelulozni otpad je široko rasprostranjen materijal i predstavlja potencijalnu sirovinu za proizvodnju goriva i drugih visokovrijednih proizvoda. Moguće ga je biološki obrađivati uz pomoć mikroorganizama koji imaju sposobnost sinteze ekstracelularnih enzima odgovornih za razgradnju lignoceluloznih sastavnica biljaka. Mikroorganizmi koji se najčešće upotrebljavaju u tu svrhu su gljive bijelog truljenja. U ovom radu su gljive bijelog truljenja Trametes versicolor i Phanerochaete crysosporium uzgajane u uvjetima fermentacije na čvrstim nosačima na piljevinama drveta bukve (Fagus sylvatica), hrasta kitnjaka (Quercus petraea) i cera (Quercus cerris) u laboratorijskim staklenkama, te na repinim rezancima u laboratorijskim staklenkama i u bioreaktoru. Pokusi su provođeni pri 27 °C, 45 dana. Određivani su udjeli lignina i celuloze na početku i na kraju procesa fermentacije. Istraživan je utjecaj veličine pora sinter lončića i utjecaj dva načina provođenja kiselinske hidrolize na udio lignina u uzorcima. U svim pokusima došlo je do razgradnje lignina i pokazano je da odabir sinter lončića i važnost načina provedbe hidrolize tijekom određivanja udjela lignina ima veliki utjecaj na konačni rezultat.

Lignocellulose waste is an abundant material and presents potentially valuable raw material for the production of fuels and other high-value products. It can be biologically treated by microorganisms that are able to produce extracellular enzymes responsible for degradation of plants’ lignocellulosic components. White-rot fungi are the most often used microorganisms for that purpose. In this work, white-rot fungi Trametes vesicolor and Phanerochaete crysosporium were cultivated in solid-state fermentation on beech (Fagus sylvatica), sessile oak (Quercus petraea) and oak (Quercus cerris) sawdusts in laboratory jars, and on sugar beet waste in jars and bioreactor. Experiments were performed at 27 °C, 45 days. Lignin and cellulose content were measured at the begining and at the end of the process. The influence of crucible pore size and two different methods of hydrolysis on lignin content were investigated. In all experiments lignin degradation occurred and it was shown that the influence of filter pores and the hydrolysis process have impact on samples lignin content.
