Abstract
Tijekom povijesti, kava je zaintrigirala sve ljude koji su bili u doticaju s njom zbog svoje karakteristične arome koja najčešće izaziva užitak. Iako se uz kavu veže i tajanstvena povijest, zna se da su i tada bila poznata njezina stimulativna svojstva. Isto tako koristila se kao hrana, ali i kao lijek. Napitak kave, koji se uvelike razlikuje od današnjeg napitka kave, koristio se kako bi konzument ostao što duže budan. Razvojem globalnog gospodarstva razvija se i industrija kave. Utjecaj kave u životu ljudi dobiva sve širu primjenu. Kava je tropska zimzelena drvolika biljka koja se uzgaja u toplom ekvatorskom pojasu. Najpoznatije i najvažnije vrste su Coffea arabica i Coffea robusta. Uzgoj kave se danas najčešće veže uz siromašne i nerazvijene zemlje. Danas postoje različite varijante kave koje se mogu koristiti. Jedna od takvih varijanti je i instant kava čija je priprema pojednostavljena, što ujedno štedi vrijeme. Populaciji koja je stalno u pokretu, ovaj napitak ne uskraćuje okus, aromu i miris koju pruža prava kava.
Abstract (english)
Throughout history, coffee has intrigued all the people who were in contact with it because of its characteristic aroma that usually provokes pleasure. Even though coffee has a mysterious history, even then it was known for its simultaneous properties. Likewise, it was used as a food, but also as a medicine. Coffee drink, which differs greatly from today's coffee drink, has been used to keep the consumer awake as long as possible. With the development of the global economy, the coffee industry is developing. The influence of coffee on the people, gets wider application. Coffee is a tropical evergreen tree plant that is grown in a warm equator belt. The most famous and most important are Coffe arabica and Coffe robusta. Coffee growing is most common today in the poor and underdeveloped countries. Today there are different coffee variants that can be used. One of those variants is instant coffee, which is simplified and also saving time. To the population that is constantly on the move, this beverage does not deny the taste, the aroma and the scent that is given by the real coffee, so it is called.
