Abstract
UV/Vis spektrofotometrija je analitička metoda. Temelji se na apsorpcijskoj spektroskopiji u ultraljubičastom i vidljivom dijelu spektra što omogućuje izvođenje kvantitativne analize i dobivanje određenih spektralnih podaka kvalitativnom analizom. Galna kiselina prisutna je u mnogim biljkama. Ubraja se u skupinu hidroksibenzojevih kiselina te se upotrebljava kao standard u spektrofotometrijskoj Folin-Cioucalteu metodi za određivanje ukupnih polifenola. Zadatak ovog završnog rada je snimiti spektre galne kiseline različitih koncentracija u ultraljubičastom i vidljivom području i primijeniti metodu određivanja ukupnih polifenola na različite koncentracije galne kiseline.
Abstract (english)
UV/Vis spectrophotometry is an analytical method. This method is based on absorption spectroscopy in the ultraviolet and visible part of the spectrum, which enables the performance of quantitative analysis and obtaining certain spectral data by qualitative analysis. Gallic acid is present in many plants. It belongs to the group of hydroxybenzoic acids and is used as a standard in the spectrophotometric Folin-Cioucalteu method for the determination of total polyphenols. The aim of this work is to record the spectra of gallic acid of different concentrations in the ultraviolet and visible range and to apply the method of determining total polyphenols to different concentrations of gallic acid.
