Abstract

This paper deals with the issues of the role, impact, and the final action of microorganisms on human health. Microbe is the common name for bacteria, viruses, protists, fungi and protozoa. Invisible to the human eye, but because the man can be seen under a microscope. Science that studies them is called microbiology. According to the impact on macro-organisms, human, animal or plant, microorganisms are classified into three groups: beneficial, neutral and harmful. Useful microorganisms necessary for ecological systems, most bacteria, members of the physiological flora of the host, then the species that perform desirable chemical processes (eg, milk, dairy products, soil and water), they are applied in the economy. Hazardous those microorganisms that cause undesirable changes in food and infectious diseases, ie, pathogens, and neutral microorganisms living in the body of humans, animals and plants and their effect has not been established. To avoid the harmful effects of microorganisms, we need to have good hygiene habits and properly fed.
