Abstract
Vino je prehrambeni proizvod koji se dobiva iz vinski sorti grožda. Njihova kvaliteta ovisi o: sorti vinove loze, ekološkim faktorima (klimatski, kvaliteti tla), vremenskim prilikama, tehnologiji proizvodnje grožda,tehnologiji proizvodnje vina. Vinske sorte grožda koje se uzgajaju u Hrvatskim vinogorjima su bijele i crne (crvene) boje. One se uzgajaju u dvije vinogradarske regije, a to su: Primorska i Kontinentalna Hrvatska. Hrvatska vinogorja se sastoje od četiri vinogradarske zone u kojima se uzgajaju najvažnije vinske sorte grožda, koje daju visokokvalitetna vina , kavalitetna vina, a rijetko stolna vina te neka su poznata i u svijetu.

Wine is a food product that is produced from wine grape varieties. Their quality depends on: grape varieties, environmental factors (climate, soil quality), weather, technology grape production, wine production technology. Wine grape varieties grown in Croatian vineyards are white and black (red) color. They are grown in two vineyards regions, namely: coastal and continental Croatia. Croatian vineyards consist of four growing zones in which most cultivated wine grape varieties that give high quality wines, quality wines, and some are known in the world.
