Abstract
Peludna analiza meda napravljena je u pet uzoraka meda, deklariranih od strane proizvođača kao med kadulje, med primorskog vrijeska i med lavande s područja Mediterana. Dva od pet uzoraka meda su kupljena u trgovini i to med kadulje i med primorskog vrijeska. U svakom uzorku meda određen je postotni udio peludnih zrnaca i peludni spektar. Prema peludnoj analizi i prema Pravilniku o kakvoći meda RH, četiri od pet uzoraka meda bili su u skladu s deklaracijom proizvođača, te su svrstani u skupinu uniflornih medova, dok med primorskog vrijeska, koji je kupljen u trgovini, ne odgovara deklaraciji proizvođača i svrstan je u poliflorne medove.

Pollen analysis of honey was done onPollen analysis of honey was done on five honey samples, declared by the manufacturer as sage honey, honey coastal heather and lavender honey from the Mediterranean region. Two of the five honey samples were purchased in the store, coastal heather honey and sage honey. In ech honey sample percentage of pollen grains and pollen spectrum were determined. According to the results of pollen analysis, and to the Regulations of the quality of honey RC, four out of five samples honey were in accordance with the manufacturer's declaration, and were classified as unifloral honeys and while coastal heather honey which was purchasedin the store does not match the manufacturer's label,and was placed in multifloral honeys.
