Abstract
Obitelj Enterobacteriaceae ili crijevne bakterije kao sto se zajednički nazivaju, uključuju skupinu bakterija koje obitavaju u probavnom sustavu ljudi I životinja, a izmetom dospijevaju u vodu, tlo i biljke. Enterobakterije čine oko 2% normalne crijevne flore. Neke su vrste stalni stanovnici, ostale se nalaze samo u dijelovima populacije, a neke dolaze samo u oboljelih organizama. Najveći broj predstavnika fermentiraju glukozu i ugljikohidrate. Enterobakterije uključuju pokretljive a i nepokretne vrste, pokretljive imaju bičeve. Mnoge vrste imaju pile koje im pomažu da se pričvrste na membrane sluznice. Specijalizirani tzv. seks pili pomažu u izmjeni genetičkog materijala među stanicama, koja često uključuje otpornost prema djelovanju antibiotika. Porodica Enterobacteriaceae je heterogena skupina gram negativnih štapića i kokobacila, fakultativnih anaeroba, značajne biokemijske aktivnosti, što koristimo za njihovu identifikaciju. Među važnim rodovima enterobakterija nalaze se Escherichia, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella, Serratia, Proteus, Yersinia, Erwinia i Enterobacter.

The family Enterobacteriaceae or intestinal bacteria such as commonly called, including a group of bacteria that live in the digestive systems of humans and animals, and feces get into the water, soil and plants. Enterobacteria accounted for about 2% of the normal intestinal flora. Some species are permanent residents, others are found only in parts of the population, and some come only in diseased organisms. The largest number of representatives ferment glucose and carbohydrates. Enterobacteria involving mobile and immobile species, mobile species have motile whips. Many species have a blade that help them to attach to mucous membranes. Specialized called. sex pilus help in modifying genetic material between cells, which often involves resistance to the action of antibiotics. The family Enterobacteriaceae is a heterogeneous group of gram-negative rods and coccobacilli, facultative anaerobes, important biochemical activities, which we use to identify them. Among the important families are enterobacteria Escherichia, Salmonella, Shigella, Klebsiella, Serratia, Proteus, Yersinia, Erwinia and Enterobacter.
