Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
Pollen analysis was done on the three samples of honey from the region of Baranya. According to the results of pollen analysis, honey of oilseed rape belonged to the family of unifloral honey, while the sunflower honey and floral honey belonged to the multifloral honey. Unifloral honey mainly consisted of the ample pollen grains of Brassica napus L. subsp. oleifera. The highest percentage of pollen grains was found in the following families: Brassicaceae and Asteraceae. The other types of pollen grains found in the samples belonged to the families: Rubiaceae, Rosaceae, Hypericaceae, Scorphulariaceae, Fabaceae, Poaceae, Cornaceae, Salicaceae, Rutaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Oleaceae, Plantaginaceae, Moraceae, Loranthaceae, Lamiaceae, Fagaceae. The size of pollen grains in the examined types of honey varied from 15 μm in the species of Salix spp., to 91 μm in the species of Zea mays L. In all three samples of honey was found 36 plant species.
