Abstract
Danas je čaj, gledano količinski, nakon vode drugo piće po konzumaciji u svijetu, predstavlja ljekoviti i umirujući napitak bogat različitim biološki aktivnim spojevima, kojeg konzumiraju ljudi cijelog svijeta. Čaj od peršina inovativna je ideja, te se socioekonomskom analizom proizvoda, kao standardiziranim postupkom zasnovanom na principu znanstvenih metoda, prikupljalo, analiziralo i interpretiralo podatke, kako bi se dobile informacije potrebne u odlučivanju i rješavanju problema na području tržišnog poslovanja, odnosno marketinga. Iznimno povoljan rezultat dala je cijena visoko kvalitetnog čaja od peršina, koja iznosi 8,99 kn po pakiranju od 50 g, dok se danas za pripravke ovakvog tipa treba izdvojiti i do 30 kn. Nakon dobro definiranog problema, prikupljanja podataka i analize istih, te provedenog testiranja potrošača, zaključilo se da se proizvod može pustiti na tržište, uz implementaciju edukacije ispitanika o njegovom ljekovitom djelovanju, kako bi se povećala prihvatljivost čaja, u odnosu na dobivene rezultate, budući ispitanici nisu bili upoznati sa djelovanjem ovoga proizvoda. Za dobar plasman na tržištu potrebno je periodičko obnavljanje podataka i analiza konkurenata, te provjera prihvatljivosti samog proizvoda u ostalim krajevima Republike Hrvatske koji bi trebao biti opće prihvaćen.

Globally, tea today represents second most important drink next to water, like medicinal and restful drink, which consume people all over world and contains wide variety of different biological active compounds. Parsley tea is innovation idea, and is with socioeconomic analysis of product, like standardised approach based on principals of scientific methods, collected, analysed and intepreted information in order to obtain necessary information needed for determination and solving problems in business marketing. Exceptionally prosperous results have been shown on prise at 8,99 kn for 50 g package of high quality parsley tea, whereas today, the cost prise of these products is approximately 30 kn. After defining problem, analysis of collected informations and gathered consumers tests, the results showed that the product can be released on market along with implementation of examinee education of its medical effects, since the examinees were not introduced with effects of this product. In order to retain market placement, it is necessary to periodically update information analysis, opponents analysis, as well as checking product acceptability in other parts of Croatian Republic, where it needs to be generally accepted.
