Abstract
Laboratorij Državnog zavoda za mjeriteljstvo za pripremu uzoraka kojima se ovjeravaju vlagomjeri za žitarice i uljarice (u nastavku vlagomjer) se nalazi u Osijeku i teritorijalno je vezan za područje Hrvatske na kojem se uzgaja i prometuje poljoprivrednim kulturama. Određivanje udjela vlage vlagomjerom ima velik ekonomski utjecaj na trgovinu žitarica i uljarica, jer se iste otkupljuju prema udjelu vlage. Cilj laboratorija za izradu uzoraka kojima se ovjeravaju vlagomjeri je osigurati povjerenje u rezultate mjerenja radi zaštite poljoprivrednih proizvođača i njihovih kupaca. Laboratorij je uz dugogodišnje iskustvo u primjeni normiranih metoda, razvio i vlastite metode prikupljanja i čuvanja, te transporta uzoraka. Priprema uzoraka se dijeli u tri faze: prikupljanje i čuvanje žitarica i uljarica (metoda laboratorija), određivanje udjela vlage (normirane metode), transport uzoraka za potrebe ovjeravanja (metoda laboratorija). U ovom radu su opisane metode koje se koriste za pripremu uzoraka za ovjeravanja vlagomjera, rezultati provedenih istraživanja su zadovoljavajući, a metode se mogu koristiti u zakonskom mjeriteljstvu.

The laboratory of the State Office for Metrology that prepares samples used for the verification of grain moisture meters is situated in Osijek, and is territorially bound to Croatian region known for the cultivation and trade of crops. Moisture measurements are an important economic factor in the cereals and oilseeds trade, because the price of these crops is set according to moisture content. The aim of a laboratory that prepares samples for the verification of grain moisture meters is to ensure the trust in the moisture measurement results in order to protect the agricultural producers and their customers. The laboratory has a long time experience in the application of international standards (ISO standards), as well as in the development of its own standards. The preparation of samples is divided into three phases: collection and storing of cereals and oilseeds (laboratory standards), moisture measurements (international standards), transport of the samples needed for the verification (laboratory standard). This paper describes the methods used for the preparation of samples for verification of moisture meters, the results of the research are satisfactory, and the methods can be used in legal metrology.
