Abstract
Kumarin (2H-kromen-2-on) i njegovi derivati su heterociklički spojevi, nalaze se u različitim biljnim vrstama, a mnogi od njih pokazuju značajnu biološku aktivnosti. Kumarin i njegovi spojevi poznati su po antibakterijskim, antikoagulativnim, antikancerogenim i mnogim drugim svojstvima. Sulfidi također pokazuje široki spektar bioloških aktivnosti zbog kojih de se aktivno istraživati. Tijek reakcija praden je tankoslojnom kromatografijom. Dobiveni spojevi su pročišdeni prekristalizacijom do analitičke čistode te su im određene točke tališta. Struktura pojedinih produkata utvrđena je iz podataka dobivenih elementarnom mikroanalizom i 1H-NMR-spektrometrijom.

Coumarines (2H-chromen-2-on) and his derivatives are heterocyclic compounds, they are located in different herbal sorts and many of them show important biological activity. Coumarines and his derivatives are known in their antibacterial, anticoagulative, anticancer and many other activity. Sulfides also shows many biological activities because of what they will be actively study. The course of reactions was watched with thin-layer chromatography. The given compounds were purified with re-crystallization till analytical purity and their melting points were defined. The structure of certain products was determined from information given from elementary microanalysis and 1H-NMR-spectrometry.
