Abstract
Temperatura je jedan od najvažnijih procesnih parametara u prehrambenoj industriji, a mjeri se pomoću termometara. U ovom radu dan je opis principa rada i podjela termometara, te se opisuje idejni projekt izrade uređaja za mjerenje temperature temeljen na pametnom mjernom pretvorniku DS18B20 i Arduino UNO mikroupravljaču. Opisuju se i sve izabrane komponente te njihova svojstva, povezivanje i programsko rješenje mikroupravljača za rad termometra. Također u sklopu ovog rada opisane su mogućnosti nadogradnje konstruiranog termometra te njegove potencijalne implementacije u industriji ili edukaciji.
Abstract (english)
Temperature is one of the most important process parameters in the food industry and it is measured with a thermometer. This paper describes the functioning principles and classification of thermometers as well as the conceptual project of making a measuring device based on the smart sensor DS18B20 and Arduino UNO microcontroller. It describes the selected components and their characteristics, connection of the components and the programming solution of the microcontroller for operating the thermometer. Also, this work consists descriptions of possible upgrades to the constructed thermometer and its potential implementation in industry or education.
