Abstract
U ovom radu obrađuje se problematika uloge, utjecaja i finalnog djelovanja mikroorganizama na zdravlje ljudi. Mikroorganizam je zajednički naziv za bakterije, viruse, alge, gljive i praživotinje. Nevidljivi su ljudskim okom, ali ih zato čovjek može vidjeti mikroskopom. Nauka koja ih proučava zove se mikrobiologija. Prema djelovanju na makroorganizme, tj. na čovjeka, životinje ili biljke, mikroorganizmi se svrstavaju u tri grupe: korisne, štetne i neutralne. Korisni mikroorganizmi neophodni za... More ekološke sisteme: većina bakterija, pripadnici fiziološke flore domaćina, zatim vrste koje obavljaju poželjne kemijske procese (npr. u mlijeku, mliječnim proizvodima, tlu i vodi), oni koji se primjenjuju u privredi. Štetni mikroorganizmi su oni koji su uzročnici neželjenih promjena u namirnicama i zaraznih bolesti, tj. patogeni, a neutralni mikroorganizmi žive u organizmu ljudi, životinja i biljaka te im nije utvrđeno djelovanje. Da bi izbjegli štetno djelovanje mikroorganizama, trebamo imati dobre higijenske navike i pravilno se hraniti. Less
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the issues of the role, impact, and the final action of microorganisms on human health. Microbe is the common name for bacteria, viruses, protists, fungi and protozoa. Invisible to the human eye, but because the man can be seen under a microscope. Science that studies them is called microbiology. According to the impact on macro-organisms, human, animal or plant, microorganisms are classified into three groups: beneficial, neutral and harmful. Useful microorganisms... More necessary for ecological systems, most bacteria, members of the physiological flora of the host, then the species that perform desirable chemical processes (eg, milk, dairy products, soil and water), they are applied in the economy. Hazardous those microorganisms that cause undesirable changes in food and infectious diseases, ie, pathogens, and neutral microorganisms living in the body of humans, animals and plants and their effect has not been established.
