Abstract
Vino je proizvod koji se dobiva vrenjem grožđa ili grožđanog soka, jedno je od najpopularnijih alkoholnih pića današnjice. Vino je ujedno i kvarljivi proizvod te na njega utječu oksidacijske promjene koje uzrokuju smanjenje njegove kvalitete, a samim time dovode i do kvarenja. Vina se danas pakiraju u različitu ambalažu (polimerna ambalaža, metal, staklo), a najčešće u staklenu ambalažu. Staklena ambalaža je najbolji izbor za skladištenje vina jer staklo održava vino kvalitetnim i zadržava njegova nepromijenjena organoleptička svojstva. U ovom završnom radu cilj je bio prikazati primjenu staklene ambalaže za pakiranje vina.

Wine is a product made by grape or grapejuice fermentation. It's one of the most popular alcoholic beverages nowadays. Also, wine is an organic product and is affected by oxidation, which causes a decline in quality and finally the spoilage of wine. Wine is packed in many different types of packages (polymer, metal and most commonly glass). Glass packaging is the best choice for wine storage because glass perserves the wine quality and keeps its organoleptic attributes. The goal of this thesis was to present the use of glass packaging in wine.
