Abstract
Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada bila je izvedba mjernog i regulacijskog uređaja razine temeljenog na Arduino Uno R3 platformi. Za mjerenje razine korišten je HC-SR04 model ultrazvučnog pretvornika kompatibilnog sa mikroupravljačem. Opisan je princip rada za metodu ultrazvučnog mjerenja i način rada ultrazvučnog pretvornika. Prikazani su i dijelovi mikroupravljača te je detaljno opisan cjelokupni sustav. Na temelju provedenih mjerenja i regulacije potvrđena je mogućnost brzog, jeftinog i jednostavnog razvoja prototipa sustava pomoću Arduino platforme. Uz navedeno, pri mjerenju udaljenosti ultrazvučnim pretvornikom postignuta je točnost mjerenja od 0,19 cm. Prema tomu, rezultati su u skladu sa specifikacijama proizvođača pri kojima je navedena maksimalna točnost do 0,3 cm u mjernom rasponu od 2 cm do 400 cm.

Parallel abstract (English)
The purpose of this study was development of Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller based level measurement and regulation. Level measurement was conducted along with HC-SR04 model of ultrasonic probe due to compatibility with a microcontroller. Basic principle of ultrasonic measurement as well as operating principle of a ultrasonic probe is described. A detailed description of system and main parts of microcontrollers are also presented. The possibility of developing inexpensive, fast and simple prototype of the system based on opensource Arduino platform is confirmed as a result of system measurements and regulation. In addition, the specified ranging accuracy of ultrasonic probe, that can reach up to 0.3 cm in a measurement range of 2 to 400 cm, was achieved and determined to be 1.9 cm, respectively.
