Abstract
Završni rad o prijem pšenice te postupcima i analizama pšenice u silos temelji se na iskustvu dobivenom tijekom prakse u silosu „Slavonija Županja“ d.d. i znanjima dobivenim tijekom studija. Prilikom dolaska pšenice u silos obavlja se dio navedenih analiza: mirisanje pšenice, određivanje vlage i hektolitarske mase kao i određivanje primjesa. Ostale analize provode se u velikom laboratoriju i one uključuju: pripremanje pšenice za laboratorijsko mljevenje, proces mljevenja i određivanje svojstava dobivenog brašna. Osim spomenutih analiza rad opisuje način istovara i pohranjivanja pšenice na „Slavonija Županja“ d.d.

Parallel abstract (English)
The following bachelor's thesis about the reception of wheat, and procedures and analysis of wheat in silo has been written based on the experience gained during professional practice spent in "Slavonia Zupanja" d.d., and knowledge gained during education. Upon arrival of wheat in the silo a part of the following analysis are being carried out: odour analysis, moisture determination, hectoliter mass, and determination of impurities. Other analysis are done in a large laboratory, and they include: preparation for milling, milling, and quality control of obtained flour. Besides mentioned analysis, the thesis describes the process of unloading, and silos storage of wheat in "Slavonia Zupanja" d.d.
