Abstract
Specijalna vina su posebna vrsta vina koja se dobivaju posebnim tehnološkim postupkom prerade grožđa, mošta ili vina bez dodataka ili s dodatkom određene količine vinskog alkohola, vinskog destilata, šećera, koncentriranog mošta i mirisavih ili drugih dopuštenih tvari biljnog podrijetla. Specijalna vina se dijele u tri kategorije: desertna vina, likerska vina i aromatizirana vina. Tehnološki postupci su dosta slični, razlikuju se po udjelu šećera i po udjelu alkohola. Najpoznatija hrvatska desertna vina su Prošek i Kupinovo vino, a što se tiče likerskih vina tu se najviše ističe Pelinkovac dok su kod aromatiziranih najzastupljeniji Vermut i Bermet.

Special wines are special types of wines that receive special technological procedure of processing grapes, must or wine without addition or with the addition of a certain quantity of wine alcohol, wine distillate, sugar, concentrated musts and aromatic or other permitted substances of plant origin. Special wines are divided into three categories: dessert wines, liqueur wines and flavored wine. Tehnological processes are quite similar; they differ in the proportion of sugar and alcohol content. Croatia´s best dessert wines are Sherry and Blackberry wine, and as for liqueur wine that stands out the most bitters while the most common flavored Vermouth and Bermet.
