Abstract
Čaj je osvježavajući napitak. Izvorni čaj je proizvod od obrađenog i osušenog lišća čajevca zimzelene biljke Camellia sinensis, tu ubrajamo crni, zeleni, Oolong i bijeli čaj. Uz njih postoje i Rooibos čaj, te biljni čajevi u koje se, između ostalih, ubraja i šipkov čaj. Šipak je izuzetno bogat vitaminom C te mineralima. Cilj istraživanja je kontrola kvalitete šipkovog čaja tijekom proizvodnje u tvornici Jan – spider d.o.o. praćenjem sljedećih parametara: ukupni pepeo, gubitak sušenjem (vlaga) te usitnjenost i prašina – sitena analiza. Na osnovi provedenih fizikalno – kemijskih analiza te sitene analize, prema dobivenim rezultatima za sve navedene analize, mogu se izvesti zaključci da su dobivene vrijednosti unutar onih propisanih prema Ph. Eur. 5. Dakle, svi dobiveni rezultati u usporedbi s propisanima, ukazuju na sirovine vrlo dobre kvalitete.

Tea is a refreshing drink. Original tea is a product of the processed and dried leaves of tea tree evergreen plant Camellia sinensis, that includes black, green, Oolong and white tea. With them there and Rooibos tea and herbal teas which, among others, includes rosehip tea. Dog rose berry is exceptionally rich in vitamin C and minerals. The aim of the research is control of quality during production of rose hip tea in the factory Jan – Spider Ltd. monitoring the following parameters: total ash, loss of drying (moisture), fragmentation and dust – sieve analysis. On the basis of physico - chemical analysis and sieve analysis, according to the obtained results, arises conclusions that the obtained values within those prescribed by Ph. Eur. 5th. Therefore, all obtained results compared to prescribed indicate a very good quality of raw materials.
