Abstract
U ovom radu cilj je bio prikazati pakiranje voćnih sokova te probleme vezane uz pakiranje voćnih sokova u različite ambalažne materijale. Voćni sokovi su osjetljiva namirnica na koju znatno utječu oksidativne promjene koje uzrokuju smanjenje nutritivne vrijednosti sokova te kvarenje. Cilj pakiranja voćnih sokova je održati ih svježima i nepromijenjenih organoleptičkih i nutritivnih svojstava što duže vrijeme. U pogledu nutritivnih vrijednosti najvažnije je očuvati količinu vitamina u voćnim sokovima kroz što duži vremenski period. Voćni sokovi pakiraju se najčešće u staklenu ambalažu, ambalažu od polimernih materijala te ambalažu od kombiniranih materijala.

The purpose of this report was to demonstrate the fruit juice packaging and problems associated with fruit juice packaging into different packaging materials. Fruit juices are a very sensitive food in which various oxidative changes can occur. These changes can cause the decrease of the nutritive value and spoilage. The goal of fruit juice packaging is to keep the juices fresh and with unchanged organoleptic and nutritive attributes for a longer period of time. According to nutritive values of fruit juices the most important thing is to maintain their vitamin content for a longer period of time. The most common packaging systems are made of glass, polymer materials and combined materials.
