Abstract
Istraživanje utjecaja izgleda ambalaže prehrambenih proizvoda na donošenje odluke o kupovini vršit ćemo usporedbom nekoliko proizvoda podjednake kvalitete i cijene. Istraživanje takvih proizvoda može najbolje pokazati utjecaj izgleda ambalaže na konkurentnost proizvoda na tržištu, pod uvjetom da kupci odluku o kupnji za proizvode slične cijene i kvalitete pretežno donose na osnovu dizajna ambalaže. Također ćemo istražiti do koje mjere je dizajn ambalaže uvjetovan samom markom i koji su ključni parametri dizajna ambalaže koji utječu na odluku o kupnji. Rad će se bazirati prvenstveno na rezultatima istraživanja kojeg ćemo provesti u obliku ankete i to na kupcima različitog spola, dobi i obrazovanja, kako bismo dobili široki uzorak, a time i stvarnu sliku društva u okvirima naše teme.

Research on the influence of the appearance of food product packaging on purchase decision making will be performed through acomparison of several products of equal quality and price. The study of such products can best demonstrate the impact of packaging appearance on the competitiveness of the product on the market, provided that the customers’ decisions on the purchase of products of similar price and quality are mostly made based on the design of the packaging. We will also explore the extent to which the design of the packaging is conditioned by the brand itself, as well as the key parameters of the packaging design that affect the purchase decision. The paper will primarily be based on the results of research that we conduct in the form of a survey, which will be taken by customers of different sex, age and education, in order to get a broad sample, and thus the real picture of society within our topic.
