Abstract
U ovom radu istražena su antioksidacijska svojstva novo-sintetiziranih mono- i di- derivata dipikolinske kiseline, i to tiosemikarbazida, tiadiazola, oksadiazola, tiazolidinona i triazola. Za određivanje antioksidacijskih svojstava korištena je DPPH metoda, te askorbinska kiselina kao standard. Tiosemikarbazidi su se pokazali kao odlični antioksidansi, a vidljiv je i utjecaj pojedinih supstituenata na porast antioksidacijske aktivnosti, osobito fenilnog prstena. Najmanji utjecaj na antioksidacijsku aktivnost su pokazali derivati oksadiazola i tiazolidinona, neovisno o supstituentu.

Parallel abstract (English)
In the present study, newly synthesized mono- and di- derivatives of dipicolinic acid, thiosemicarbazides, thiadiazoles, oxadiazoles, thiazolidinones and triazoles, were evaluated for their antioxidant activity. DPPH scavenging activity method was used to estimate the activity of compounds. Ascorbic acid was used as standard compound. Some derivatives, thiosemicarbazides namely, showed an excellent antioxidant activity, especially those possessing phenyl ring as a substituent. The lowest activity was observed with compounds bearing thiazolidinone and oxadiazole ring.
