Abstract
Završni rad o postupcima i analizama nužnim prilikom dolaska pšenice u silos temelji se na iskustvu dobivenom tijekom prakse na Belju d.d., PC Mlinu i znanjima dobivenim tijekom studija. Dio navedenih analiza odrađuje se prilikom dolaska pšenice u silos, u „malom“ laboratoriju te uključuju: mirisanje pšenice, određivanje vlage i hektolitarske mase kao i određivanje primjesa. Ostale se analize provode u „velikom“ laboratoriju gdje i one uključuju određivanje mase 1000 zrna, pripremanje pšenice za laboratorijsko mljevenje, proces mljevenja i određivanje svojstava dobivenog brašna. Osim spomenutih analiza rad opisuje način istovara i pohranjivanja pšenice na Belju d.d., PC Mlinu. Obzirom da rukovanje pšenicom završava mljevenjem tako i ovaj rad završava objašnjenjem tih procesa.

Parallel abstract (English)
The following bachelor's thesis about the procedures and analyses which are required during wheat reception in a silo has been written based on the experience gained during professional practice spent in Belje d.d., PC Mill and knowledge gained during education. Part of the analyses which are mentioned in the thesis are done right away in a „small“ reception laboratory on the representative sample and include the following: odour analysis, determination of humidity, hectoliter of mass and additives. Other analyses are done in a „large“ laboratory and include mass determination of 1000 seeds, preparation for milling, milling and determination of obtained flour. Besides mentioned analyses, the thesis describes the process of unloading and silos storage of wheat in Belje d.d., PC Mill. Thesis ends with an explanation of milling just as wheat procedures end with the same process.
