Abstract
U ovom radu je istražen utjecaj različitih koncentracija i vrsta detergenata, u kombinaciji s ili bez organskih otapala, te utjecaj vremena trajanja procesa na permeabilizaciju stanične stijenke kvasca Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Uspješnost procesa permeabilizacije praćena je mjerenjem aktivnosti enzima katalaze i invertaze te mjerenjem koncentracije ukupnih proteina. Dobiveni rezultati uspoređeni su s rezultatima razbijanja stanične stijenke kvasca pomoću ultrazvuka.

Parallel abstract (English)
In this paper the effect of different concentrations and types of detergents, combined with organic solvents or without organic solvents has been examined, as well as the influence of permeabilization process duration on Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall. The success of the permeabilization process was monitored by measuring the activity of enzymes catalase and invertase, and protein concentration. The results were compared with those of breaking the cell wall with ultrasound.
