Abstract
Bodybuilderi su sportaši koji vjerojatno najviše vremena posvećuju nutricionizmu jer je pravilna prehrana ključni čimbenik uspjeha u ovom napornom sportu. Stoga je cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio kreirati tjedni jelovnik, koji se sastoji od šest do sedam dnevnih obroka, za osobu koja se rekreativno bavi bodybuildingom. Jelovnik je sastavljen tako da stvori što bolje uvjete za hipertrofiju, tj. rast mišića, a da se pri tome vodi računa o RDA vrijednostima, kao i željama korisnika. Kao pomoć pri izradi jelovnika, poslužili su računalni programi „Microdiet“ i „Microsoft Excel 2010“. Izrađeni tjedni jelovnik zadovoljava preporuke i prihvatljiv je ciljanom korisniku.

Bodybuilders are athletes that probably most of the time devote to nutrition because proper nutrition is the key to success in this demanding sport. The goal of this thesis was to create a weekly menu, which contains about six to seven daily meals, for a person who is recreational bodybuilder. The menu is composed to create optimal conditions for hypertrophy, i.e. muscle growth as well as to meet the user’s personal demands.Computer programs “Microdiet” and “Microsoft Excel 2010” were used to create menu. This weekly menu meets the recommendations and is acceptable to the user.
