Abstract
Cilj rada bio je optimirati sastav hranjive podloge za proizvodnju enzima lakaze iz gljive bijelog truljenja Trametes versicolor AG 613 koristeći metodu odzivnih površina. Istraživan je utjecaj početne koncentracije biomase, glukoze, kukuruzne silaže i Calplexa H90 na volumnu aktivnost lakaze. Najveća aktivnost lakaze (V.A. = 2345,9 U dm-3) je postignuta treći dan fermentacije u pokusu s početnom koncentracijom inokuluma (γX,0 = 20 g dm-3), glukoze (γGlukoza = 10 g dm-3), kukuruzne silaže (γIND,0 = 40 g dm-3) i Calplexa H90 (γCalplex = 5 g dm- 3).

The aim of this work was to optimize the nutrient media for the production of laccase from Trametes versicolor AG 614. The influence of initial concentration of inoculum, glucose, corn silage and Calplex H90 were investigated. The highest laccase activity (2345,9 U dm-3) was gained after three days of fermentation with the initial concentration of inoculum (γX,0 = 20 g dm-3), glucose (γGlukoza = 10 g dm-3), corn silage (γIND,0 = 40 g dm-3) and Calplexa H90 (γCalplex = 5 g dm- 3).
